I help visionary women, founders and CEOs align their body, business and brilliance through somatic coaching and business strategy, transforming scattered ideas into work that lands. I’m the woman that founders, travel innovators and advisors, publishers, authors, and transformational and spiritual coaches call when the shape of something is emerging and their brilliance feels scattered.

Why? Because I read patterns others miss and I think multidimensionally. I track nervous system signals, creative impulses, narrative threads, operational gaps, identity shifts and the architecture of a vision all at once. My mind moves laterally and symbolically, my body reads the undercurrent, and my strategy ties it all together.

Clients come to me because they need someone who can hold the whole ecosystem: concept, creativity, structure, somatics and execution. Someone who can sense the emerging shape, articulate it, ground it and build it with them.

My world is deeply multidisciplinary and I lean into being a multi-hyphenate. Founders, travel innovators, luxury travel advisors, publishers, transformational coaches and authors trust me because I can meet them at every level: strategic, somatic, creative, operational and visionary.

I help them move from scattered potential to a vision that is fully actualized: a brand and business they can inhabit, embody and transmit with precision. I wear different hats, and guide clients to build both conceptually and practically. I offer practical and hands-on business construction, built from the body-up.

I spent five years in travel tech startups and a decade as a lifestyle journalist, editor and cultural insights researcher before becoming an entrepreneur — covering fashion weeks, interviewing designers, reviewing wellness retreats, writing about everything from behavioral trends to boutique hotels, and documenting the ways people move, create, desire and express themselves. It was an apprenticeship in story and sensibility: learning to read aesthetics, atmospheres, human behavior and the emotional logic of how people shape their worlds.

I’ve always been a storyteller and metaphor has always been my native language – the way I map meaning, pattern and possibility.

That instinct deepened during my Master’s in Social and Cultural Anthropology, at UCL, where I studied how humans construct belief, identity, cosmologies and meaning – the internal beams that hold a life together.

My ethnographic fieldwork in Ecuador, in 2023, researching into neoshamanism and ritual healing, within the context of ayahuasca tourism, brought me into the subtle architectures beneath transformation. It taught me to read energy the way others read spreadsheets: attuning to the unseen frameworks that shape how people shift, choose, believe and become.

After writing my dissertation from the Galápagos Islands, I chose to live nomadically. Moving between islands, cities and mountains (in Panama, Mexico and the USA) taught me how environments reorganise the nervous system and how movement reshapes the interior layout of a person.

Transformation stopped being academic and it became visceral. You feel the architecture of a self change as much as you think it.

In between the ruptures, reinventions and a relocation to Panama, which brought both anxiety and expansion, I turned to somatics and mind–body coaching. What started as a way to understand myself evolved into a professional path: I became a coach, deepening my practice through trainings in somatic coaching, polyvagal theory, reiki, and psychedelic integration and ethics.

My gift revealed itself: the ability to read bodies, systems, stories and energy as one interconnected architecture.

Alongside this inner work, I held remote Head of Content roles in tech: directing brand voice, managing writers and creators, developing thought leadership for founders, building systems that helped companies move with coherence. Strategy became another form of architecture: turning vision into structure.

Over time, anthropology, somatics, storytelling, strategy and movement fused into a single, living methodology. The Somatic Architect™ Method.

My calendar is open for brilliant women who feel the pull of something bigger within and are ready to align their inner and outer worlds, embody their business, and bring their vision fully into reality.
