I work with women as both a somatic guide and a strategic, content and creative partner, tracking body, system and story at once, and building from there. My work sits at a rare intersection: somatic and nervous system capacity, business strategy and execution, and pattern recognition across culture, identity and opportunity.

My perspective combines an MSc in Social and Cultural Anthropology, five years in travel tech startups, over a decade shaping stories, strategy and editorial content, and a life lived across continents and islands – from London to Mexico, Panama to the Middle East.

Somatic coaching and nervous system training, combined with years of deep listening –through magazine interviews, cultural reporting, and immersive fieldwork in Ecuador exploring neoshamanism and ayahuasca tourism –trained me to notice subtle signals most people overlook. I’ve learned to read energy, narrative, and nervous system patterns with the same rigor I bring to markets and operations. I see what others miss: not only shifts in messaging or strategy, but creative impulses, identity transitions, operational gaps, narrative threads and the deeper architecture beneath a vision before it fully reveals itself.

Clients come to me when they don’t need surface-level strategy, but someone who can hold the full ecosystem: identity, vision, embodiment, structure and execution.
